"Took awhile to turn onto the stock, but then showed nice control and changed sides well. Going to be good."

Rating: Very Good


Head: "Even, complete, short length of head, flat parallel planes, good chiseling under eye, good eye color and shape. Ears are good length, set a bit wide at base. Would like to see better masking, would improve eye expression."
Body: "Tail not to hock, moderate length of neck, slightly arched, good wither, good topline, good croup, good angulation front and rear. Nice length of hock, would like to see a better underline. A bit long in body."
Coat: "Good rich base color, minimal blackening. In good condition."
Gait: "Close in rear, toes in front, good ground covering gait."
Character & Temperament: "Very outgoing young man."
Overall Impression: "What he lacks in elegance he makes up for in temperament."

Head: "Complete tip scissor. Medium length of head, good parallel planes. Dark almond eyes. Medium well set ears. Good expression, excellent pigment. Head is a little heavy."
Body: "Slightly long loin, Good topline, good neck, good croup. Good underline. Good angulation front and rear. Tail a little short."
Coat: "Rich red fawn, moderate blackening. Incomplete mask. Very good texture and excellent condition."
Gait: "Good coming, good going. Good balanced side gait. Tail well carried."
Character & Temperament: "Exhuberant and stable."
Overall Impression: "A nice overall male, but heaviness in head detracts from overall elegance."

Head: "Complete scissors bite. Medium brown eye, slightly almond shape. Moderate stop-parallel planes. Muzzle equals back skull-would like length to head. Just moderate stop. Excellent shape to ear, good cupping. Good earset."
Body: "Stands straight away front and rear. Good bone. Chest just to elbow. Good topline and neck. Excellent front and rear angulation. Tail just short of hock. Just slightly off square. Out at elbows."
Coat: "Shown in moderate coat. Good harshness. Good charbonnage. Warm fawn color."
Gait: "Single tracking in rear. Moving a little wide in front. Beautiful balanced side gait."
Character & Temperament: "Confident, sassy. Showing well. Alert."
Overall Impression: "Sound male with good type. Would benefit from a bit leaner head."

Class: Tervuren-Adult Male
Rating: Excellent


Head: "Compete scissor bite. Excellent dark pigmentation, tight lips, good split. Balanced head, bit strong in skull. Very little zygomatic, good chiseling around the eye. Dark almond shaped eye, good head planes. Good moderate stop. Nice expression, could use a little more definition of mask. Small ears, well carried, slightly wide set."
Body: "Tight shoulder, excellent fore chest. Good layback and good upperarm. Tail is set slightly high and a little short. A little long in loin, excellent underline, slightly reacing in back. Short hocks, good feet but slightly sloping in pastern. Chest comes down to elbow, good presence in front, nice stance in rear. Could use a little more neck."
Coat: "Coat is good coloring and texture. Adequate blackening."
Gait: "Good tracking in rear, simgle tracks in front. Breaks slightly at pastern."
Character & Temperament: "Excellent character. Very sound and confident."
Overall Impression: "Very powerful male with great presence. Good typical Belgian."

"Handler started out gridding but did not continue gridding throughout test. K9 needs to range more and not look to handler as much. Good job Kim and Mickey!"

"Dog worked somewhat close to handler, did real nice though. Stayed with last area, worked scent until he zeroed in. Nice dig indication."
