Eisdan started his show career with a bang, taking a 3 point major and Reserves to 4 and 5 point majors. Shortly after his first weekend as a "show dog" he tragically lost an eye in a horrible accident. A few weeks later OFA results showed moderate bilateral dysplasia. The decision was made to neuter him. Eisy has never had a bad day and even when in extreme pain, waiting for his eye to be removed, he had a smile on his face. Although never a champion of record, he is a champion snuggler and bed warmer.
